We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons, used grooming products cannot be returned.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
